I absolutely love the experience(s) at Lotus! I started coming here for Brazilian sugar waxing in the fall of 2022 and have returned every 4-5 weeks consistently for maintenance.This is my first experience with Brazilian waxing of any kind and I'm so happy it was with Cecilia at Lotus.She's incredibly calm, kind, and walks you through the entire process before, during, and after the service. She's incredibly thorough, but works quickly and efficiently - super impressive.Sugaring itself has been such a great change from shaving. I've been coming here for sugaring since 2019! Izabela is such a warm soul and being able to speak to her in Polish is a plus! She's extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. Also her product recommendations for post-hair removal care is top notch.This place is a gem!
