Stopped in this location to pick up an order and browse fragrances. This is going to sounds crazy but, my husband HATES a specific scent profile in certain fragrances. He says it makes him “think of clams”. Not that it smells fishy, it’s just a visual of clams that he gets and he doesn’t know why but he hates whatever scent that is. So we started smelling all of the perfumes trying to figure out what it might be. This Ulta is one of my go to places for make up and skin care. The prices can be a bit much, but I understand that that’s the company and I’m not the store itself. The people that work there are incredibly friendly and know a lot about the products and where things are located in the store, and the security guard is also very kind and enjoys chatting. Everything is well stocked, and there’s several areas of clearance, which I appreciate.

I would like to recognize Eden in the Cosmetics department for consistently providing an exceptional customer experience. Eden's product knowledge, professionalism, and genuine commitment to helping customers stand out in a way that is increasingly rare.
