“Gene is such an authentic, genuine guy. Ronie (installation lead) was the absolute nicest and warmest person I've come across doing work on my home. The windows and CUSTOM door are phenomenal. And my once frigid basement now holds a temp at 58 degrees while the outside is currently at 9 degrees outside. Prior to the work, the basement wouldve been the same temp as outside! The owner Junior visited the site and Walter was always there to answer all my questions. My roof was 3500+ Sq feet so it took one and half day to complete the work. they also installed new attic fan.

We used them to do a pretty big project (2nd floor extension, bathroom refinishing, and entry room rebuild) and they knocked it out of the park. We got multiple bids on this job and theirs was the most competetive. When you go with a cheaper bid there is a little bit of a fear that maybe the contractor will cut coreners, but not Affordable Home Services! I was so impressed with Sal, that I asked them do an entire new roof on my Mother's home. They did a fantastic job. Looks great. We had a bad leak that took 3 tries to fix.
