I have been fortunate enough to meet Fred and get instruction from him on the Low Carb Cruise. The result? I am a 55 year old woman who has ridiculous muscle mass, definition in her arms, can see light between her thighs, and who recently had to donate a blouse to the Goodwill because it was a tad too snug in the bicep. I haven't had a DEXA done yet, but I have no doubt at all that I am also staving off the family tendency to osteoporosis. And I mowed the lawn for 90 minutes today, with a simple walk-behind mower, and still had plenty of energy when I was done. All this, with a total of an hour of lifting per week, 30 minutes at a time. An hour of *really intense* lifting per week. :-D I will add: I have never injured myself following Fred's method. Plus Fred is a darling. Really. Love him.
Fred is the real deal. If you want to lose weight, gain strength and be healthier than you've ever imagined you need to talk to Fred.
