Admittedly I was skeptical when I first came in for the evaluation since this is a non traditional type of Medicine. However, when you have been to “normal” doctors and they haven’t helped and you have an obscure issue like I do (tinnitus, ear pressure, ear sensitivity and a history of vertigo) you are willing to step outside the box. Over the course of the 10 treatments that I did at Sasha I felt progressively better. It wasn’t immediate, but the improvement cant have been a coincidence. The doctor was professional and caring and each visit went smoothly. I’m happy with the results and would go back if needed. Thankfully I’m feeling better.

I was completely new to acupuncture and honestly nervous about the needles, but from the very first appointment she made me feel completely at ease. I have PCOS, and since starting treatment here, my experience has been extremely positive.
From the beginning, the doctor was not only knowledgeable about my condition but also took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that felt clear, supportive, and never overwhelming. Sasha and her staff will forever be apart of my happiness. I had a very annoying sharp pain in my left shoulder for about two years. 90% of my days was a constant stabbing pain. I went to masseuses, chiropractors and even yoga to stretch the pain away . I went to the doctors and the only options given to me was steroid shots in the arm every 3 months or surgery. I always thought acupuncture was for people who do intense workouts and also not a fan of needles but I looked into anyway because my options was wearing out and this stabbing pain was ruining my personality becoming very aggravated in everything and rude and grumpy to everyone. When I met Sasha I can tell off the bat that she actually cared and was concerned in the state I was in with this inflammation that became apart of me . Sasha’s honesty is what attracted me the most by promising to relieve my pain but not completely. I was told 5 visits but I’m telling you whoever is reading this that I was practically healed after the 3rd session. My pain has went from being felt 90% of everyday to only getting a slight tingles once a week. now I make it a point to go back once every other month even though the problem in my shoulder is gone because I have learned that it is not just pins and needles. It’s therapy for the mind a place of peace and relaxation. A building of positive frequency . It’s mind and spirit healing just as much as physical body healing. I will forever be grateful for the whole team Sasha has . They are all very sweet and welcoming.
