Sage & Sound Holistic Wellness

Crystal is a rare soul, full of mindfulness, wisdom, and gentle healing energy. My best friend and I had the honor of joining her for a nature bath and sound meditation that felt like a journey inward as much as it was a connection with the earth. Every sound, breath, and moment she guided us through carried intention and serenity. We left feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply connected — not just to nature, but to ourselves. Crystal is truly doing something meaningful and beautiful for the world, and I’m so grateful our paths crossed.

I have been collaborating with Crystal from Sage & Sound this past year, and not only have we had wonderful fun but working with Crystal has brought me so much joy. She offers a beautiful experience in the forest baths and walking meditations, that have been a wonderful addition to my art journaling workshops. I love running into people who feel aligned in the work that we do and crystal has been so inspiring to me when branching out and offering therapeutic art journaling mixed with time in nature. I cannot recommend Sage & Sound Holistic Wellness enough. 5 stars for sure!

I have been taking workshops with Crystal for the last year which include sound healing, reiki/sound healing, forest bathing and voice meditation. I've also done an individual reiki session with her. Crystal is a gifted healer and what she does is not just her work, it's clearly her vocation. She is the calm in the storm for me - it is so easy to get swept away by the busy-ness of life, so many ways to get distracted from what really matters. When I spend time with Crystal I find room to breathe and I am reminded of the peace that is within if I can stop long enough to pay attention.
