He explained things in such a clear and concise manner that even a newbie like myself could completely grasp the concept of what he was talking about. Out of pure curiosity I watched him work each step of the way. Most people would feel extremely pressured under those circumstances but he didn't flinch or bat an eye. Step by step not only did he complete the task in it's entirety correctly but in the midst of doing so he was also explaining to me exactly what he was doing and what the purpose of it was.
