Been looking for a skilled and knowledgeable masseuse for a long time. Found her at Next Gen. Elyse was great. Very attentive to injuries that need extra attention. Will be coming back on a regular basis.

Had a massage session with Mika for pain my knees. She seem to have a good understanding and knowledge when I explained my knee condition. Her techniques were calming for my nervous system and also less pain intensive so overall the stiffness in my muscles were reduced to a great extent and my knees felt less heavy and in pain.
