Editing this review because Alex, the manager reached out to remediate. Firstly let me reiterate this salon is very clean and conveniently located. Alex and staff was super friendly and personable. They all went above and beyond to fix my color and to blow out my hair. I left with not a hint of gray and all the volume I needed. Customer service was incredible! I also received some very cool samples that I am super excited to try.

I wanted to love my hair, and I did say I liked it before leaving — but after seeing it in proper lighting at home, it was clear it wasn’t what I asked for.
I showed an inspiration photo of a copper tone with blonde balayage. What I received was a much more uniform color, with little to no visible dimension or lighter pieces. It didn’t feel like the balayage was fully achieved or visible in the final result.
Lisa was pleasant, but the process lacked clear communication. I found it confusing that I was asked what color toner I wanted rather than discussing highlight placement. At one point I even asked for clarification, which made me feel like we weren’t aligned… read full review
