In a beautiful studio in downtown Montclair there is a massage therapist named Stepan that tends to your body with intuitive intelligence. He understand how joints and muscles work and provides relief from aches and inflammation. Stepan's massage also helped me release pent up stress. I left his table feeling 10 years younger and 10 lbs lighter. In short - this is the best massage I've ever had.
I have been going the Stephan for 10+ years - always an amazing massage - he really listens and adjusts his strength as necessary. I always feel like a million bucks when I leave his place! He will not disappoint.
