Corey has been my trainer for 6 months now. I can’t say enough great things about him - but I’ll give it a shot on here. First, he’s just a great trainer who knows what he is doing and will help you with your fitness goals. He designs your workouts and supports you both within his gym and outside his gym. He customized a plan for me, keeps track of all my work outs, and adjusts as necessary. He also helped with nutrition questions and advice. But I think most importantly is, Corey is just a great guy.
