Bridge will be celebrating its 10-year anniversary this fall, and I’m proud to have been part of this community for 7 years and counting. Thanks to the instruction of highly qualified and dedicated coaches, as well as the support of the membership, I’ve grown not only as an athlete, but also as a friend and a leader within a very special community. For me, Bridge isn’t a “gym.” It’s a place where I started my CrossFit journey and ended up finding so much more - rewarding challenges and the encouragement and support to face those challenges head on. Because at Bridge we don’t just do hard things — we do hard things together. ◡̈

Greg and Annie have not only created an inclusive and fun community, but also a space to seriously train and improve your fitness. I have several sports related injuries, and always believed the bad rap that CrossFit gets. 100% false. Each of the coaches ensure that your form is correct to prevent injuries, and you feel like you are the only one in the room with how attentive they are. As someone who was scared to lift anything heavier than a 15lb dumbbell a year ago, I assure you if you want to start lifting weights, but are scared, this is the gym to join.
