One of the best in terms of cleanliness and friendliness.There are crazy things like the dryers pop open at the end, and the softener dispensers are always broken - otherwise I'd give it 5 stars!

The personnel are always friendly and helpful. However; the prices for use of the washers and dryers are compatible higher than similar establishments. But the drop off option is first rate and big ups to Dalia,Giselle and Ally.

I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. The service used to be great and plenty of machines and dryers available. However the new influx of people is making it harder to get a machine/dryer especially when the employees of the establishment taking care of their friends who work at the restaurant next door with their clothes. I've witnessed free $1.00 plastic bags be given to the guys next door. I've witnessed the workers moving clothes out of machines and into dryers paying for the restaurant workers clothes to be dried. If a person isn't here to man their own machine or even pay for it why do I have to wait to use it? Completely unfair and inappropriate.
