I went to pick up my clothes and had to wait 20 minutes as they unsuccessfully searched for others’ items first. Thankfully they had my suit jacket but hadn’t done the repair I had left it for. They still charged me though. At least they hadn’t lost it, I guess.
Under the new ownership operations have deteriorated. I used to be in and out in 60 seconds, now it takes 5-10 minutes to be done. Something is always not working or slow. Their Saturday hours have become very unpredictable and I've been there twice within business hours on Saturday to find them closed. But they are more affordable than alternatives in the area. Meh
The owners of this place treat all their customers HORRIBLY! And even their workers are quitting from how disgusting they’re being treated. Avoid coming here if you don’t wanna get kicked out for asking simple questions.
