Ross came to look at our compressor that stopped running. He fixed the issue and scheduled a followup maintenance appointment to prevent this failure in the future. He also went above and beyond by walking me though my entire HVAC system. He showed me where to find all the air filters for my system so I could change them myself. He walked me through the annual maintenance I need to do on my steam heat system. He was also very personable and enjoyable to chat with throughout the appointment. I definitely plan to continue service with Adriatic Aire
Ross at Adriatic Aire is careful, honest, and respectful. I got four quotes for my job, and his quote was competitive. He offered me the best replacement HVAC equipment (ratings and efficiency) at a good price, and he helped me avoid price increases by encouraging me to purchase the equipment prior to identified price increases.
