    After reading negative reviews about this practice I was concerned. Contrarily I had a great experience. I was greeted and check in was easy. Dr. Patel (rheumatologist) was right on time. He was thorough with his exam, to the point where he showed me diagnosis on his computer. His bedside manner was professional and kind. Highly recommend.

    Lost my husband 5 mths ago so not on his insurance plan anymore. Got new insurance for myself, was told by insurance company I would be covered at the Monroe township location. One person make appointment, another said not in network. The nurse there for the endocrinologist cancelled out my appointments that were made. Staff was very unprofessional.Will not be returning there anymore. I wish them the best. If you’re thinking of going there, DONT.

    I have been seen by multiple providers here from general practice to rheumatology. Absolutely horrible experience. AVOID THIS PRACTICE IF YOU want quality care.I have been discharged from practitioners care TWICE because my medical issues are too complex? That is supposed to be the purpose of going to a group practice, so your providers communicate with each other but they don't.I was discharged most recently with no referral, recommendation, or without anything in writing. This is absolutely a violation of every insurance/ policy's Continuity of Care guidelines. It also is a violation of patient rights to refuse to coordinate with other treatment providers. Horrible treatment.

    The absolute WORST practice i’ve ever been to. Nothing is worse than their uneducated, inexperienced, RUDE front office especially the “office supervisor” (if that even is a title) Get better employees! Wish I could post it as negative 5 stars.

    I switched over to this group to see there Rhuematologist. If you are diagnosed with fibromyalgia definitely do not come here. At first he seems concerned and understanding, but as I continued my visits with him, he just can’t be bothered, or offer any relief. He convinces you that Fibro is a real thing and it’s horrible to have, but offers no help.

    Two weeks ago I had an appointment with a sleep "specialist"-who isn't a sleep specialist-Dr. Shaw, and I was advised to wait two weeks to reach out to the sleep clinic if I hadn't heard from them to schedule yet. I called the sleep clinic and I was told they didn't have a prescription for me. This office is only open 9-4 so I had to wait for the next business day to find out that the doctor never even ordered the study and I had to go to the office a second time to pick up a physical script because that's the best they could do for me. Once I pick up the script today I'll have to wait at least a week for a home sleep study to even get to me. This office is completely disorganized, no one has bedside manner, they doctors claim specialties they don't have yet, and everyone is rude. Please find another practice and steer clear. You're welcome.

    Dr Malhotra is the first doctor to really listen and try to understand my pain management needs. He takes my concerns seriously and provides excellent empathetic care. I feel like I can really trust him and he allows me to contribute my thoughts in putting together a treatment plan which is hard to find in a doctor sometimes. I highly recommend him

    Just called to make an appointment for my mom, new patient, who’s experiencing pain. What horrible customer service, I didn’t even proceed.with the appointment. I was made to feel as though I was bothering the person who answered the phone, who knows, she probably didn’t have her coffee. I run a medical practice and the people that answer the phone MUST be helpful. She sighed when I didn’t even know what doctor at that location to choose. I informed her it was urgent and if there were any appointments today. She sighed again and said well I doubt it, you would have to wait for a call back.A word of advice, management train your front line properly and get people who truly want to work. The customer service especially for new patients is horrendous. You just lost a new patient, I’m sure your new patient numbers are low.If management has the capability, look up a call today at 8:35am and listen, if you can, Patient appt created for a New Patient, same last name as mine DOB 1/10/47, very unwelcoming. Now I understand why your reviews are under 4 stars. Hopefully someone that does read these reviews takes this critique and works on the customer service with patients. I would never bring my mom here, scratching this one off the list.

    Really bad experience today. We have Princeton Medical Group as our Primary Care Physician. My wife has been trying to get a appointment with our doctor since morning and the response we are getting is that they can’t locate our doctor’s nurse. We have called 4 times since morning and have had no luck in getting an appointment.
