“It’s rear to find a contractor with a trifecta of doing things right by code, in a decent time frame and being competitive on the cost front. Giovanni is one of the rear ones.
We got our entire sidings done along side reinforcing some of the portions of the sunroom. This included electrical and other small things that needed to be taken care of along the way.
Provided good suggestions that helped with the overall esthetics of the house exterior while making sure we get fixes done that are longterm.

“I had previously used Lasting Construction in 2018 to fix my gutters and I remembered they were great. So recently in a big storm when I was concerned there was damage to my roof, I called them again. They came out and inspected my roof, gave it a clean bill of health, and still showed me a couple things I didn't know. I trust this company and have confidence in their work and their professionalism. I will be calling them again the next time I'm interested in doing work on the outside of the house.“

“3rd time using TDM. Tim is responsive via txt and knowledgeable. His workers are careful and meticulous. No stray sealcoating was dripped or tracked onto sidewalk or paver pathway that connects to driveway. 2 day job. Day 1 - Seal cracks on asphalt driveway. Day 2 - Sealcoat. Waited 80 hours before driving on sealed driveway. Price is reasonable given the amount of time for labor. I will be using TDM again in a few years.“

“Saved my entire week! We had a storm come through that took out power on my entire street as well as ripping the power lines right off my house. Think power wires laying on the street among lots of tree limbs. Joe came over very late at night to put it back on my house hours before JCP&L restored power. He was professional and did an excellent job. Thank you!
No other electrician would come over in a rush, many didn't even call me back. If not for him I would not be writing this because I would be waiting days for JCP&L to reconnect my power after another electrician bothered to come over and fix my lines.“

They previously made a beautiful paver patio with a sitting wall and fire pit in our backyard that we absolutely love. “We had a very difficult excavation inside a store in a nine tenant retail strip center with a small parking lot. I watched Chris, GWS' foreman, and his team on the job. They worked quickly, safely, and very neatly. They were on time and very respectful of the other tenants and customers of the center. They kept the worksite safe and always cleaned up before leaving. This was a very difficult job, and the GWS team always worked like gentlemen and were easy to work with. We enthusiastically recommend them. We will use them again“

“I’m very pleased with the service from T&L Dryer vent cleaning and Air duct cleaning of NJ. Thom came to inspect our dryer vent and found serious lint build up that could have led to a fire. He carefully removed it all and performed a minor dryer vent repair that improved the system’s efficiency. He was friendly, on time, and explained everything in detail. “Extreme Team did a great job on my roof. We are so happy we hired them! My roof was leaking from a couple of places and I hired people that made a lousy job and only patched it and didn’t fix the problem. Jerry advised us to put a new roof and gave us a good price for the roof with good materials. He also gave us a big discount on the garage roof. We were so surprised to see how organized, quick and professional these guys are. Jerry and his team fixed my whole roof and my garage roof in less than 1 day. 10 men crew came around 7:00am and finished by 2:30pm including cleaning the whole work area.

I waited a few months to give a review because I wanted to see if my roof was fixed and I’m happy to say that they did a great job. No leaking and my roof looks great!
