This place is gold. If you want to train hard and change upgrade your skills and fitness it's a must. Also if you want legit training from professors/coaches who know what they are doing and are genuine this is the place. They offer specials great deals and a flexible schedule. The other great thing is the people you meet and friends you make. Also they are up front about pricing canceling etc. See ya on the mats! OSS.

If you are looking to train with incredible professors and coaches and find a true sense of community, you’ve found your home here. I truly enjoy coming to train at Renzo Gracie Middletown. The professors/coaches truly care about your growth and ensure you get better each day you decide to show up. If you are on the fence about trying jiu jitsu, commit to 3 months and you’ll be hooked. Prof. Joe Alhert is one of the most technical coaches I’ve train with in 20 years of jujitsu the school and it’s facilities are top notch and the students give you a sense of family there.
