I was looking for a new dry cleaner and decided to try Rainbow Cleaners in Middletown, last week. Since I was a new customer and had a few questions about their kiosk and process, I spoke to the employee there named Carolyn. She was so nice, patient, and extremely helpful. She even reached out to me after I left to let me know I accidentally included an item that should not be dry cleaned in my drop off and explained that she would place it uncleaned in the bag they provide when I pick up my order.
