Crystal Palace Cleaners are wonderful to deal with. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I’ve used them several times for alterations and they’ve always done excellent work.

They have a keen eye for details - stains, ironing, packing, and tailoring. They always go above and beyond to provide superb customer service, and they always do it with a smile. Sam can repair/alter/mend anything! He is a professional and his decades of experience is evident in his work. I have recommended them to all my friends who need a wedding dress cleaned and preserved, dresses/suits altered for weddings and events, and stubborn stains to be removed from their favorite sweaters and pants. (Also, super convenient for a quick stop next to the 7-Eleven for a slurpee and a snack!)
