We did a full home renovation with NBM—from adding a mudroom, office, and master suite to redoing the kitchen, relocating the laundry and bathroom, and opening up the living space. While the project extended past the original timeline due to the holidays, COVID, and changes we made, everything was handled professionally. The original scope stayed on budget, and any overages were from upgrades we chose (like a new roof and kitchen redesign). Nick and his team were fantastic—skilled, responsive, and easy to work with. We hired Nick and his team to build an addition on our house and remodel almost the entire first floor (and some of the second floor). They did an excellent job and the house looks fantastic. Nick was very involved, answered all of my questions patiently, would give me his opinion when I asked and coordinated with some of the subs (cabinets, countertops etc) that I hired separately. Living through construction is always stressful and intrusive but he made it as seamless as possible, and we were only out of our house for two nights (while the floors were refinished). After seeing his work, and the work he has done for me and friends, Nick's work is above superior. He's very watchful over all sub-contractors and his own employees every step of the way.
