Off the bat, Eberhard has every type of flooring material you could ask for and more. Then, you get to work with Pam and Heidi, who are incredibly attentive and knowledgable, so it makes an overwhelming decision seem easy. They don't rush or push anything on you. Their guidance and expertise was everything we needed. It took a few visits and samples for us to finally decide, but once we did, we were thrilled. The install team was amazing too! We love our new beautiful, comfy carpets from Eberhard. Thanks Pam & Heidi for everything!

Several months ago, my husband and I decided on redoing our outdated flooring in the kitchen and living area. We were greeted by Heidi and Pam who were super friendly. We decided on Luxury Vinal flooring for that area. Heidi spent quite a bit of time showing us samples and giving us helpful suggestions. A few days later Pam came to our home to measure the area. Installation was done on time, professionally and with no issues. The high-quality flooring is absolutely beautiful! We also decided on using Eberhard for carpet on our stairs and bedrooms. Our experience with Eberhard has been beyond exceptional from start to finish... Our first in store meeting was with Pam, who was knowledgeable, personable, and so patient in helping us make the selection of wall to wall carpet that was best for our project. Once our decision was made, she and Heidi worked together to quickly schedule our exact measurements, process our order, and expedite a delivery time frame that exceeded our expectations.
