Heidi and Pam were AMAZING from the moment I walked into the store. I was fed up with the carpet buying process elsewhere and they immediately jumped in to help. Heidi understood what I was looking for and was determined to help me find not only what I needed, but within a very affordable budget. My mom needed new flooring asap after a water leak. We had the best experience with Heidi and Pam. They walked us through picking out floor, measurements and explained everything. Chris and Carlos did a wonderful job on the install. They made a very stressful situation so much easier to handle. Thank you!
