“We love our stair runner from S K Hamrah! The whole experience was great. From the very beginning I felt total confidence in Bob & Carlos. The storefront is very nice and Bob was so helpful showing all of the different samples to me and helping me pick a material that would be durable with my dog. Carlos knew exactly how to do my stairs which were more difficult because it turns and also my upstairs hallway which has a lot of turns. Another carpet installer I spoke to said that there was no way I could do a patterned rug because of the turns but it was not an issue at all with S K Hamrah. The communication was excellent and the whole process was so quick and easy. I definitely recommend them!!“

“December 2023The clean-up of water flood damage in my basement was done by Russell RDC Restoration. I had more water than in a swimming pool. It was efficient and done promptly. 1) The knowledge and execution of water that needed to be expelled. 2) Taking pictures from start to finish. 3) The fans are a part of their equipment and solutions to stop the mold. 4) Helpful collection by the crew to go through all of my water-damaged material with me and dispose of it all. I was provided with a Restoration Report that details each aspect of the process. The owner worked with my insurance then I learned I had to send all the information to my mortgage company with additional documents needed. I will refer this company to anyone their customer service, professionalism, and patience were excellent.“

“After reaching out to numerous "duct cleaning" businesses found on facebook and realizing they were all scams, I heard about Wilson duct cleaning. From the very first phone call, they were super nice and informative. The gentleman on the phone answered all of my questions, returned my messages efficiently, and left me feeling at ease.The first appointment was rescheduled due to rain-- they informed me that the workers would be in and out of the house and did not want to track dirt and mud around which I thought was mindful of them-- rather than simply making money, they were more concerned with keeping my interior clean.On the 2nd scheduled date, they arrived on time and there were multiple workers who obviously knew what they were doing. They cleaned all of my ducts and returns and it was clear (by the sounds of debris entering their vacuum) that the process was working! After cleaning all ducts, they sprayed a disinfectant and sanitizer in the ducts and returns which left a nice fresh clean smell for some time.I would HIGHLY recommend Wilson Carpet & Air Duct cleaning for your duct cleaning services (I did not have carpet cleaned so I can not speak about that although I would assume they are great as well).
