My gas furnace stopped working and Stan the repairman came and found a bad ignitor. I fortunately had a spare and he installed it in a straightforward manor. Bill was $140 for visit plus $100 for labor.

Today Top-notch completed the installation of two mini splits in my house and we are so incredibly happy we found this company! From the beginning, the owner Dave has been responsive, professional and followed through on everything they promised. Amanda from the office was super sweet, understanding and really helpful! After the installation everything was cleaned up, the owner used shoe protectors every time they worked, no mess was left behind and it looked as if they weren't in the house. Highly recommend!!

After getting multiple quotes for a residential heating and air conditioning unit Stan came out to diagnose the problem. He was very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and informative. He provided us with choices for repair and replacement for our issue. We decided on a replacement furnace and air conditioner because of the age of our units. I received a quote via email from top-notch within eight hours. Everything was spelled out clearly, Giving me the knowledge of the products I will be receiving and the work that will be performed, as well as the warranty.
