I was very happy with the technician Omar. He was very professional in the work he provided. He explained everything that he was doing. My experience with First choice was a good one being that I'm a first time customer.
Our technician Angel Garcia was outstanding. He went above and beyond. Our unit was down for a number of days and Angel brought us window units until the parts became available to repair our unit. He was a life saver.
Angel was on time, very professional, very courteous, and did a full maintenance on my unit. Definitely recommend First Choice heating and cooling. And asked for the technician angel.
