IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE, DON'T USE THIS AGENCY!!!!
This is one of the worst agencies I've had to deal with yet. In the short time of using their services there has been numerous no shows without the courtesy of calling. The state mandated on-call line is never answered.
The aides that are sent out are poorly trained, unprofessional and rude. After 3 conversations with Veronica(district manager) nothing seemed to get better. She didn't even return a call after stating she would, after speaking with her staff. Fortunately, my Aunt has family to assist. Otherwise this arrangement could end in tragedy.
