496 Kings Hwy N Suite 110, Cherry Hill“Was recently diagnosed with a trigger finger more likely from hyper extended gripping in my band exercises and possibly the standard grips that came with new golf clubs this past year did not help the circumstances. Anyway, connected with 3D PT for occupational therapy at the Cherry Hill location.
Little background, I first connected with this organization in 2023 for lumbar spinal stenosis whereby my therapist, Alyssa McMinn at the West Berlin center provided a series of rehabilitative treatment, deep understanding of my condition and more important an ongoing maintenance program. My condition had sidelined me from Golf for a 14 month period. With a lot of diligent work effort, I was able to avoid back surgery and more importantly was able to log over 100 rounds of golf in 2025 season. Alyssa reaches out every so often to just say HI and get an update to my progress. Luckily, I have not had any recurring issues whereby I give full credit to her and her team at 3D PT.
With those great results, my first call was to Alyssa as to her professional advice as to who would be best to treat my Trigger Finger. She stated that is definitely a condition treated through occupational therapy and more important a certified hand specialist. With that stated, I was connected immediately to Sasha Thomas Johnson in the Cherry Hill office who was able to get me in for an evaluation that same day.
Sasha and her team performed a through evaluation to include a physical exam, history and lifestyle along with initiating exercises as part of my treatment plan. The good thing is that I made the right choice to seek care versus rather than trying to rehab myself. She stated the hand dynamics are extremely complicated whereby a customized rehab plan is best to gain full functionality. Because I am an avid golfer, she also made recommendations as to proper grip size along with appropriate exercise techniques.
I am entering into my 3rd week with great progress. The pain level was decreased immediately, the triggering of the finger has lessened and more importantly they have provided invaluable knowledge and understanding.
In closing, 3D PT is a top notch rehab organization loaded with a very skilled team of Therapy professionals. Their support staff and admin personnel are equally competent with a passion for service and patient satisfaction.
In the last 40 years, I happen to understand the medical eco system as I was an ambulatory healthcare entrepreneur who not only set up companies happen to be a patient utilizing rehab services from all the major therapy networks. Like Pat Croce did back in the day, the owners of 3D PT recognize that the SECRET SAUCE are the employees that take great pride in their craft, focused on achieving positive patient outcomes and as an added benefit are stewards within the community.
Give them a try on your next rehab visit. I guarantee you that they will treat you like family. Tell them the “Golf Father” recommended you.“

6930 Torresdale Ave, Philadelphia“I’ve been walking into Disston Chiropractic for some time now and every time feels less like stepping into a medical office and more like walking into the home of a family who genuinely cares about your well-being. From the moment you enter, you’re greeted with warmth, kindness, and a sense of belonging that is incredibly rare in today’s fast-paced healthcare world.
The front desk staff set the tone right away—always friendly, professional, and efficient. A special shoutout to Linda, whose bright energy and compassionate nature make every visit feel personalized to me! She remembers your name, your needs, and somehow always knows just when you need a kind word or a smile. She even feeds you sometimes. I still owe them a bag of oranges ? from Florida!!! ???
Dr. DiCarlo brings the perfect blend of professionalism, skill, and heart. You can feel his deep commitment to his patients with every adjustment and every conversation. He listens. He cares. And most importantly, he helps heal.
Then there’s Brianna, the in-house masseuse, who is simply phenomenal. Her hands are intuitive, strong, and restorative—she doesn’t just give massages; she gives relief, calm, and balance. She tunes into your body like a true healer.
And of course, Dr. Ed—what can we say? He’s a legend in his own right. Wise, experienced, and incredibly personable, Dr. Ed brings not only top-tier care but also a grounding presence that patients of all ages can trust and admire.
At Disston Chiropractic, you’re not just a client. You’re part of a wellness family that treats you with respect, empathy, and genuine love. Whether you’re in pain or just maintaining your health, this is the kind of place that will restore both your body and your faith in people.
Highly, highly recommended. ?“

Even though I haven’t been as consistent with my visits as I’d like, my session with him today didn’t reflect that at all. Matthew took the time to understand how my body was feeling, adjusted the stretches accordingly, and made the entire session feel intentional and effective. I left feeling noticeably looser, more balanced, and reminded of why I keep coming back. Matthew is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in helping you feel your best.“

Each gym session was accompanied by pain, and I had to stop my workouts. As a result, I was almost pushed towards knee surgery by my doctor. Before agreeing to the surgery, a friend recommended I get a consult with Zarrett Rehab, and I'm so glad I did!!! Joe and his team are incredible professionals!!! They created an individualized training plan that strengthened my body and helped me to completely eliminate my knee pain, which I thought was impossible. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I am back at the gym, exercising regularly without any discomfort.I am extremely thankful to Zarrett Rehab for their exceptional care and support! If you're in need of physical therapy, I highly recommend their services because they truly know what they're doing, and the results speak for themselves!“

2005 NJ-70, Cherry Hill“This is by far the best physical therapy clinic in the area.
I’m a physical person, a fitness and functional health coach who needs to be able to move, not just for fun but for my job as well. I’ve dealt with hip impingement (had a surgery that needed a 9month rehab), shoulder pain, back and wrist pain.
I’ve worked with Steve, Akil, Zach, Ryan, their pelvic floor specialist Evie. All of them have been super knowledgeable, patient, capable and willing to explain, excellent at coming up with and following a treatment plan.
When my son who’s aspiring to play football in college injured his shoulder, I brought him to the Training Room because I trust nobody else to rehab him more than them. I did that even though they didn’t take his insurance at the time and we had to pay out of pocket.
All of the girls at the front desk are helpful and friendly. They will remember you, you’re not just a nameless patient to them.
If you’re injured and need a PT, the Training Room Cherry Hill is the place to be.“

341 New Albany Rd #120, Moorestown“I’ve had an outstanding experience at bpt Physical Therapy. From the first appointment my therapist, Beth Petrie, made me feel heard, supported and confident in the recovery process. Her knowledge, professionalism and dedication to patient care are truly exceptional.
Ten years ago I was sent to physical therapy for back pain. After six weeks I was discharged but soon after, the pain began coming back. When I returned a second time, Beth had joined the team. She immediately diagnosed the source of my pain and, after one session with her, the pain was gone. I worked with her for six more weeks and, during that time, Beth expressed her desire to open up her own practice, which she did three years later.
When I fell and fractured my hip two years ago, I knew exactly where I wanted to go for physical therapy. Not only did Beth create a personalized treatment plan that addressed my specific needs, but she also took the time to explain each step clearly and encouraged me throughout. I saw steady progress week by week and always felt like I was in capable hands. The entire staff (Patrick, Chandler, Natalie and Diane) is friendly and welcoming, making each visit a positive experience. Thanks to bpt Physical Therapy, I’m feeling stronger and more mobile than I have in months. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.“

I woke up with excruciating pain to my left leg, thigh and part of hip. It hurt to walk. I was misdiagnosed at the hospital. After 4 days of no pain relief, my BFF referred me to Dr. Cohen. Within that one session, my pain level decreased by 90%. I was able to walk comfortably out of the office and go to work. I strongly recommend anyone suffering with chronic pain to seek treatment first with Dr. Cohen. Very professional and caring staff.“

2800 US-130 #106, Cinnaminson“Mike and Jim are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and skilled Physical Therapists. Two spinal surgeries meant that there were many different exercises necessary for each of the two areas. Some of the exercises caused pain from performing it incorrectly, and their attention to each patient allowed them to correct the way an exercise was performed. At other times if a properly performed exercise caused dis comfort, Mike had such knowledge of the body’s anatomy that a slight adjustment to performing that exercise was suggested by the Therapists to get the desired result without causing discomfort. Thank you Mike and Jim; I left PT a different person than my first visit to PT after surgery so thoroughly please with how well I feel.“

I'm back on the golf course, walking normally and pain free.Michelle knows her stuff, has a great personality and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Michelle“

Since coming here for my first time with PT, I have learned so much about my body. How muscles work, nerves and tendons. Ryan, my therapist, has been an awakening for me. Also, all of your staff at this location are warm, funny and together create a light, comfortable atmosphere that makes this such an enjoyable experience! I would definitely recommend you to anyone that needs help. Before I decided upon Virtua I checked out other places. All were over crowded and they had 'kids' doing the 'muscle' work. Thank u all so much!“
