“From entering into the buidling at check-in, the staff is professional. The attending physician's assistants are very empathic and compassionate. The cared caring to listen to hear to understand the depths of my medical needs and concerns. During my February 10, 2025 visit my heart was out of sinus. Luigi my attending PA provided phenomenon medical services getting me to the hospital for treatment to resuming vitality of optimal health.“

“This office has the BEST front desk staff. The woman at the front of the office is so kind and Raquel is one of the most helpful team members. Dr Makani is someone I have been seeing for over a year now. I can not express how much I love going to my appointments with her. She is a doctor who cares about her patients getting BETTER and not just “take these pills”. She has created this calming inviting and understanding dynamic with me as a patient where I feel comfortable going to her about anything without having fear I will be mislead. If you are looking for a doctor who will listen to your concerns and TRULY decide the best options for you, I promise you wont regret meeting Dr. Makani. “I came in with an infected cyst that I couldn't deal with anymore, and this wasn't what I expected from an urgent care. With my business administering random DOT drug screens and requiring DOT physicals I have a lot of experience with urgent care locations, and this one was by far the best I'd ever been to. The receptionist was friendly, shot the breeze with me about football, and I was seen promptly. The doctor and her assistant were wonderful and personable, and they kept me well at ease during the procedure. The guy who does billing was there too still at 7:30 pm, and he called my insurance before I even left. It was the first urgent care I had ever been to, ever, where the staff actually seemed like they wanted to be there and help people. There's a stereotype about these places sometimes, and this place completely goes against it. It felt like "my" doctor's office. If you live close and have something you just need dealt with there's no reason to go anyplace else.“

“We walked in at 8:40 pm and were welcomed graciously by the receptionist even though closing time was 9 pm and our arrival meant all staff would be working a lot longer. The medical assistant had great pep and positive energy even at the late hour, made us feel welcome, and Dr. Arjun saw us shortly after and continued our experience of being treated patiently and kindly. All staff wore masks, which we appreciated.
