I came in with ear pain which was impacted ear wax. I had to wait a little but they hooked me up with nurse Meghan. She did a great job of exam and cleaning out my ear. I felt almost immediate relief. She did all she could with patience and was pleasant. She gave me some debrox to take home and some advice. Im good to go! Thank you Meghan and Optum. I was also there 2 years ago for same problem and was well taken care of then too!

I was the first one there when they opened..the receptionist was friendly but the doctor was like 30mins late. Looked at me for 5min..diagnosed the issue and sent a prescription.. decent overall

I've been here twice in a few weeks for different ailments but I highly recommend. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Clean establishment, Easy sign in process and everyone is nice.
