4609 Nottingham Way, Hamilton“In May 2025, I suffered a bad right ankle injury—a mild lateral malleolus sprain in my right heel and ankle area—during a U16 ECNL/RL travel soccer match, which was the fourth time I injured the same area – this experience was really tough to have it happen again after already going through this injury and rehab a few times before. The initial diagnosis, after many reviews, visits to doctors and exams was a light sprain and reinjury, but after a few days I was still struggling to walk without pain, and it became clear that I needed more than just rest. Because of this continued pain, my family reached out to Dr. Rich at Next Level, and I began working with him for ongoing physical therapy. From the start, Dr. Rich took the time to really listen to my history, understand how I balance sports and life, and evaluate my ankle thoroughly – my family and I were highly impressed with this approach and the time he spent before ever beginning treatment. He put together a clear, personalized plan focused on getting me out of pain and safely back on the field. Over the summer, we not only treated the injury itself, but also worked on rehabilitation and strengthening of my ankle and lower leg, as well as overall conditioning for my entire body. Dr. Rich’s knowledge, encouragement, and sports-focused approach made a huge difference, and I now feel much more stable, confident, and prepared to return to competitive soccer. Scheduling has been easy, the front desk staff is friendly and organized, and the clinic is always clean and well run. Thanks to their care, I am feeling stronger, more confident, and was able to get back that season to the activities I love. My family and I are very grateful and highly recommend Next Level to any family looking for excellent physical therapy for their child or teens, and we have already referred to a few teammates and local friends who have had injuries similar to mine. Once again they were amazing. Pinal is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Following her exercises led me to recover quickly from what seemed to be a pinched nerve. I will recommend Strive to all of my loved ones when they’re looking. Keep up the great work. Pinal - THANK YOU for your knowledge, patience and welcoming personality. I will continue my exercises and I appreciate all you did for me.“

Prior to going to Professional Physical Therapy I went to another therapy center. The difference is Jake and Dean identified the problem and developed a specific plan to alleviate the pain. I would highly recommend going to Professional Physical Therapy.“

123 Franklin Corner Rd #103, Lawrence“Christie was the most amazing physical therapist I have ever had and I have had plenty of them. I went into physical therapy questioning whether or not I would be able to play softball again after playing for 13 years. I was truly scared and I was in so much pain everyday. I was unable to walk properly as a result of a lower back injury and I was unsure whether or not my body would return to the way it used to be. Christie gave me all of that back. After a few weeks, I was able to walk normally again. I have never experienced such fast and life changing results. From the beginning, we set a goal together, which was me being pain free. To be honest, I didn't think it was possible, but with her help, guidance, and dedication to healing my back I can happily say that today I am pain free. Not only did she give me stretches and exercises, but she created a safe and inviting environment. Never once did she not have a smile on her face and she clearly loves what she does. Christie made me laugh and was personable and honest throughout my entire experience. I could not have asked for a better physical therapist to help me through this. When I walked out of the office today I was relieved and happy to officially be healed, but I was sad to go because of how much I enjoyed being Christie's patient. She has made an impact on my life and I am extremely grateful for her and the care I have received.“

1315 Whitehorse Mercerville Road Suite 100, Hamilton“Steve and Marybeth are by far the best rehab specialists I’ve ever worked with. I came in with severe neck and shoulder pain from long hours at the computer, along with mild scoliosis, and the difference they’ve made in my daily life is incredible. They were kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to understand my condition, explained everything clearly, and tailored my treatment specifically to my needs. You truly feel at home the moment you walk in. Their level of care and professionalism far exceeded my expectations of what a physical therapy clinic could be. I not only felt relief physically, but I also felt supported and encouraged throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend Steve and Marybeth enough. If you’re looking for expert care and to meet some amazing people along the way this is the place to go to!“

Dr Michael Hyer (D.P.T, not M.D.) poked and prodded me in depth, and diagnosed the actual problem; ultrasound and a series of exercises helped a lot, and without injections.“

8 Forrestal Rd S Suite 104, Princeton“I recently completed my 2nd joint replacement (2024 reverse shoulder & 2021 partial knee) both by Dr Harvey Smires along with follow on PT performed @ PB&J by Dan Smires. I cannot say enough positive things about the team in terms of how they prepared me for the procedures, how Dr Smires took the time to explain every detail complete with virtual simulations and hands on demonstrations with similar parts. While each procedure & recovery was different both my wife & I were prepared for what was coming, how long the recovery would take and what I needed to do on my own for ultimate success. Each procedure was a great success & I am happy I made the decisions I did. Having the confidence in the surgical team, the hospital & the recovery process helped me to overcome my apprehensions. While the shoulder recovery is a longer & slower process I grow stronger and more flexible each day. Keeping the PT with Dan helped me feel better about a single team approach whereby any questions could be easily referred between the surgical & therapeutic elements.
It goes without saying that Rose’s positive spirit & interest in making me comfortable in the steps to be taken were a great added benefit. She acted diligently in resolving every insurance / hospital request which lifted many admin elements from my shoulders.
I cannot thank the entire team enough for informing me before hand, performing the surgery and ensuring I was well on the my way to full recovery.“
