I have very high praise for Dr. Erin and Next Level Physical Therapy. I spent 3 years in so much pain with my right foot after being diagnosed with posterior tibial tendinitis. I saw orthopedists, several other specialists, and therapists with only minimal reduced pain.
Since starting with NL and Dr Erin, in January 2026, I have so much relief from pain and much more mobility. I went from hobbling, even on pain meds, to being able to climb steps more securely and even walk on uneven surfaces. I am an active person that enjoys gardening, walking, and being outdoors.
It’s obvious that Dr Erin takes the time to research and applies methods of rehabilitation that are specific to my personal situation. I take seriously her list of exercises for me to do at home between appointments knowing that doing them will help me progress to being able to have full mobility in my feet.
I know there is more to my personal situation that needs to be addressed but I feel so much more confident that I can get there! Thank you Dr Erin and Next Level Physical Therapy!

Reviews
I came to Next Level for a running assessment and was very pleased with the services received. My physical therapist, Devi, was the best! She helped me identify issues in my running form, proposed attainable goals, and developed a workout plan for me that was easy to implement. I would recommend Next Level and Devi to anyone looking to the improve their running form and reduce the chance of injury.

Dr. Kate at Next Level Therapy is a true professional who delivers results. I sought treatment for a chronic hip impingement that had ended my running and made basic movements, like getting into my car, nearly impossible.
Through 24 sessions of dedicated physical therapy, Dr. Kate provided a comprehensive education on my physiology and a customized regimen of strength training and breathing exercises. The results speak for themselves: my strength and range of motion have returned, and I am pain-free. I highly recommend Next Level Therapy to anyone looking for a physical therapist who offers both immediate relief and the tools for long-term maintenance.
