My son went from dark brown hair to a short cut and bleach blonde. It looks fabulous and my son could not be happier. According to him "the cut lined up". He goes the extra mile for sure. The warm towel treatment was an unexpected surprise and quite nice! I even made my next appointment with him! My only suggestion - and likely a tough one depending on the town of Bernardville - an espresso bar and local craft beer bar would be awesome inside this gem of an establishment! Mikey treats everyone like they’re family, whether you are a first time customer or someone returning who has been getting cut at Palumbo’s for years. “I loved the customer service and my hair dresser Shary was helping me to suggest and recommend some good ones. She was so understanding what I was implementing and she made sure I was able to get the haircut I wanted.
I will only suggest a thing to the shop is, have some kind of menus of pricing and offers available at the front desk so the customer can decide ahead of time with more explanation.
But overall, the experience was great and I am satisfied with the service.
