“Joseph is hands down the best Barber I’ve visited in the state of New Jersey and I’ve probably visited at least 20. he’s very kind, Smart, cares about details, listens, and is an all-around great guy. Selfishly, I hesitate leaving him such a great review because I don’t want his schedule to fill up. The barbershop overall is a good vibe with great people in a great location in downtown Chester.“
