Vanessa was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the entire appointment. What really stood out to me was that she never made me feel rushed. She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made sure every detail was just right. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her craft and takes pride in delivering a high-quality haircut.

Excellent experience here. Business is upscale and clean. whole staff is friendly and attentive. Most importantly, Vanessa gives an A+ haircut everytime and couldn't recommend her more as a stylist.

I have been getting my haircut by Vanessa at 18/8 for two years and I won’t go anywhere else. She always does an amazing job. She is also a very special, kind, and wonderful person who I always look forward to seeing. I really can’t say enough good things about her and I am lucky I found her!
