Stacey is the BEST! I just love the aerial yoga classes she teaches. There is absolutely no judgement and everything is taken slowly. Honestly the class makes me feel so free and relaxed, and even strong at times! Highly recommend dropping in to one of her classes!!!
I took part in a beautiful experience at this location hosted by Colleen tonight. Her Crystal Bowl class is truly an amazing experience. I'd recommend this to anyone who is searching for an outlet to find clarity and peace within their journey. I am looking forward to the next one!
Powerhouse is an amazing facility especially for beginners ! Very clean and every is very welcoming ! Stacey is a wonderful instructor, I have and will continue to recommend her to all my family & friends !
