Ruth was fabulous... her demeanor is so soothing for the Zin yoga class and her posing was very effective for the stretch. I am a newby and very inflexible. She was very helpful in attending to my unique situation.

I go to the Restorative Yin Yoga class on Sundays at 4pm at the Medford location. Before this, I have never done any kind of yoga classes prior. This is my first experience doing yoga. At first, I was intimidated because I wasn't familiar with the terminology, and wasn't flexible enough to get into some of the poses just yet (especially with the legs). But, Ruth is an exceptional yoga instructor. She took her time with me to ensure I was able to get into the poses or an alternate way to do the pose. the most magical yoga studio in all the land! the teachers are generous, communicative, invested and caring, scheduling is easy and accommodating, and the studio is spacious and inviting. feels like home!
