“This is an amazing martial arts gym for people of all backgrounds and experience levels. It's worth a visit whether you are a long time fan of MMA or if you just want a good, consistent cardio/conditioning workout.

Coaches Derek, Matt, and Chris all do a fantastic job of giving in-depth instruction and critiques during classes while being encouraging and respectful. Even in a short amount of time, I feel like I learned so much from this gym and I am much more confident in my physicality. The environment is great and everyone is extremely friendly, totally a good spot for people who have never tried a combat sport before. Not once did I feel intimidated or overwhelmed; everyone is so supportive of one another. The gym really starts to feel like family the longer you commit to it.

They also just got a new facility which is in the works right now but classes are still being run. I highly recommend dropping in for a trial if you're on the fence, you are sure to have a great time!“

“My name is Damian Fray, and I have attended Kraus Karate Academy for many years. Throughout this journey, I have learned and grown significantly. Although the journey has been long and knowing this is my second time writing this, I believe I can summarize my experience concisely.
