“I had a great eyebrow wax experience overall. Ava was amazing—so gentle and precise that I almost fell asleep during my service. She really made me feel comfortable, and my brows came out perfect.

Check-in was smooth and quick, which I appreciated. Checkout, however, felt a bit rushed. I didn’t really have a chance to speak before being guided straight to the card reader and asked about the tip. I also had a coupon, which I had to mention after the payment explanation. The interaction felt a little monotone and transactional. I would have preferred a bit more warmth or light conversation before checkout to round out the experience.
