David and I joined AmeriKick during a January $99 special, not knowing that we were about to find something that would genuinely change our lives. From the very first class, Nicole made us feel welcomed, motivated, and completely at home. She isn’t just an incredible trainer — she is an incredible human being.

Nicole has a rare combination of warmth, professionalism, and pure inspiration. She believes in you before you fully believe in yourself, and somehow she gets you to dig deeper than you ever thought possible. Her classes push you physically, but they also lift you emotionally. You leave exhausted, proud, and feeling stronger — not just in your body, but in your confidence.

What amazes us most is how Nicole connects with everyone. Kids, teens, adults — it doesn’t matter your age or ability. She has a way of making every single person feel seen, valued, and capable of more. Her energy is contagious, her encouragement is genuine, and her passion is unmatched.

Along with the other amazing instructors at AmeriKick, Nicole sets the tone. She inspires, she leads, and she makes this place feel special. We are beyond grateful and incredibly blessed to have found AmeriKick and to have crossed paths with Nicole.

“I've been coming here for over 10 years and they're like family to me. On so many levels, I am a completely different person than when I walked through that door the first time, wish I started sooner! It's not an exaggeration to say that they have changed my life for the better.“

“This is an amazing martial arts gym for people of all backgrounds and experience levels. It's worth a visit whether you are a long time fan of MMA or if you just want a good, consistent cardio/conditioning workout.

Coaches Derek, Matt, and Chris all do a fantastic job of giving in-depth instruction and critiques during classes while being encouraging and respectful. Even in a short amount of time, I feel like I learned so much from this gym and I am much more confident in my physicality. The environment is great and everyone is extremely friendly, totally a good spot for people who have never tried a combat sport before. Not once did I feel intimidated or overwhelmed; everyone is so supportive of one another. The gym really starts to feel like family the longer you commit to it.

They also just got a new facility which is in the works right now but classes are still being run. I highly recommend dropping in for a trial if you're on the fence, you are sure to have a great time!“

If they notice a child struggling, they come over to offer one-on-one guidance. “My name is Damian Fray, and I have attended Kraus Karate Academy for many years. Throughout this journey, I have learned and grown significantly. Although the journey has been long and knowing this is my second time writing this, I believe I can summarize my experience concisely. It all started when I was in the fifth grade, attending my sister's cheer banquet. At the time, I didn't think I had any luck with raffles, but I entered anyway. The prize that stood out to me the most was a free trial class at Kraus Karate Academy. You can probably guess what happened next. Over the years, I worked with seven different instructors, including Mr. Kraus himself. Each of them taught me various skills and techniques, helping me to develop my own style. To my surprise, I eventually became an instructor as well, allowing me to teach a new generation of karate masters. That pretty much sums up my karate journey in a nutshell.“

“Sensai Irene was very thorough and courteous. We signed our son up for the trial period and we're hoping he sticks with it after our local studio closed last month. Only downside is the classes are shorter than we're used to. They're only 35 minutes long, but we'll see what happens.
