This is one of the best overall studios I have ever practiced in. The studio itself is clean and well designed. Cheryl has cultivated a true community vibe that is warm and welcoming. No matter your experience level, highly recommend checking this place out!
Two years ago when the yoga studio I had been attending was closing it's doors I needed to find a new place to call home. I struggled to find a place that felt the same. After months of searching someone recommended Balanced Planet Yoga to me. I hesitated and didn't go. Then again I heard the name Balanced Planet Yoga (BPY) from someone and finally took the chance and attended my first class. Kate was the instructor that morning, I had no idea she was also one of the owners. She encouraged me to take advantage of the new student 2 week pass, which I did. I have been attending BPY as a student (and now teacher) for quite some time now! They have an incredible spread of offerings, from beginner classes to advanced classes, from vinyasa to yin, from tarot to gong speciality classes and more! All of the teachers at BPY are amazing, kind, and care so much for each and every one of their students. Could not recommend more!
