Based on the reviews, P.A.C. Plumbing, Heating, & A/C provides excellent and responsive service. Customers had an amazing experience with technicians who arrived within a few hours of an initial call. They were able to find the issue and fix it quick and efficiently. The technicians were friendly and personable. In one case, a technician spent over five hours diagnosing an issue and made it a priority to resolve the problem before a big birthday party. He was honest and treated customers like loyal clients. Another customer chose PAC because of their 5-star reviews. They were given an appointment for the same afternoon. The crew instantly understood what was needed and explained in detail what they would do. Their workmanship was of the highest standard, and they cleaned up thoroughly. Another crew did an excellent job in a tight space, completing it without issue and in a timely manner. For an emergency pipe replacement, the team arrived quickly and did a great job. Customers highly recommend PAC for anyone looking for genuine service.
I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but my experience with PAC Plumbing, Heating, A/C, and specifically with Alex, compelled me to share. We came home to a terrible smell coming from our basement and noticed drain flies. After a poor inspection from another company that quoted us nearly $12,000 for a fix, I reached out to PAC.
Alex arrived and spent over five hours diagnosing and addressing the issue. With a big party for my birthday the next day, he made it a priority to resolve the problem. I went with PAC Plumbing because of all the 5-star reviews they have (spoiler - and this is another).
I called PAC this morning and they gave me an appointment for this afternoon. How's that for responsiveness?
Bobby and Bobby Jr showed up as arranged. They instantly understood what I wanted done and explained in detail exactly what they would do. Their workmanship was of the highest standard and they cleaned up thoroughly. They even added a drainage plug to the supply line (there wasn't one before) so that I can drain off that section of pipe in the winter to prevent it from freezing.
