“I wish I could give 5 stars but unable as they do not keep up with basic maintenance in the ladies shower room. Despite several complaints from members, still nothing is done. Only 3 showers have hot water. Shower stall #3 & #4 no hot water & feels ice cold. Basic maintenance goes along way for member satisfaction, being ignored does not. The trainers & instructors are excellent & only reason I am a member.”
