Something is off. My appointment was 30 mins late. I was trying to cover grey. When I went home. Full head of grey. Confusion at front desk during checkout. Nail girl made a mess of my nails even though she was lovely. The big vinyl sweat box they line the chair is alike a sauna. Salon was dirty. This didn’t used to be like this. Also after two hours I came home with grey roots. Also checkout was super chaotic. I used to love this place. Something. Needs to change.

I used AvantGirl for my wedding hair & makeup. Dara did my makeup to perfection. I gave her no direction other than shimmery:) I was beyond thrilled with the results. I also had no idea what I wanted to do with my hair and Jen looked at pics of my dress and styled it in a way I felt amazing. I can’t wait to use their services again.

First time at AvantGirl and I will be back! Had my makeup done by Dara and hair blown-out/styled by Kathleen for my engagement shoot photos on the beach. They were so kind and my hair and makeup looked stunning! Definitely give them a visit!

2 perfect blowouts for 2 photoshoots that I had! My hair kept its volume and bounce the entire time. I always said my hair doesn't hold a curl but Racquel proved me wrong. SO IMPRESSED. 10 stars if I could give that many!

I can't say enough great things about this team! I had my trial several months prior to my wedding – during the trial after showing a few photos for hair and make-up they just immediately understood what I was looking for. The day of my wedding, the salon opened bright and early so we would be ready in time for photos - Cathleen and Dara made me feel absolutely gorgeous the day of my wedding!

Raquel gave me one of the best manicure I've ever had in my life and Belinda gave my the perfect eyebrow tint and wax. I also unexpectedly broke down in sobs on the eyebrow table, due to a recent family tragedy, and Belinda hugged and consoled me.

I used Avant girl for two of my bridal events this summer and they were great! They came in early since my bridal shower was in the morning and did a great job at communicating about the appointments. Kathleen was AMAZING! She did my makeup for both occasions and my hair for one event and she did my mom’s makeup and hair and it looked beyond stunning!! I showed her inspiration pictures and she truly listened to what I wanted and I loved it! Highly highly recommend using Avant girl!!
