Bob Hume came over soon after I called and we determined that several rooms, ultimately 5 (living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms) plus the ceiling above a stairway, needed to be replaced. He had a crew in the next day to demo the living room ceiling. This was a profoundly disruptive event, but Bob was very concerned that I was satisfied and kept in touch. The crew was really good at what they do. They cleaned up thoroughly. I would be happy to work with them again.“
