Upon approval the Uno team helped us with obtaining the necessary permits for construction and even helped connect us with architects and designers. Throughout the renovation, Joe and Silvina did a great job on keeping us posted on progress as well as letting us know when items we supplied will be needed by. As issues came up, Joe did a great job on quickly bringing them to our attention so we can get them addressed quickly. This helped us keep the project on-time and maintain scope.From the plumbing to electrical, tile work and everything in between the quality of the work done by Uno was top-notch and built to last. They were even great at design touches. We sent them inspiration pictures of rooms and design touches and they were able to execute them even better than what was in the picture. Even after the project was complete, as small repairs were needed, Uno was very responsive to help them get it done.
