Started PT here and after a few weeks Christine Sonsini had me running on the treadmill.I stuck with the program for about 12 sessions with help from Christine, Paul and Bob I continued to make great progress running for longer on the treadmill and eventually running on my own at home. “I would argue that Trifecta offers the best care you could possibly receive in the country. As an athlete with multiple injuries, I have been through PT a lot, and after going to trifecta, I have never considered going to another place. The staff creates such an amazing and friendly environment that is competitive and really drives you to push yourself. They are also incredibly caring and have such a willingness to learn. They look at you as a person, not just your injury and they understand the importance of mental health and how that can affect recovery from a physical injury. Justin was my physical therapist through the end of my ACL recovery and I could not talk any higher of him. Super thorough initial assessment and he continued to monitor and adjust with any tweaks or setbacks in my recovery. I made a full recovery from my ACL and am back to doing everything I love with nearly no issues. Recently, I developed parsonage turner syndrome after an infection and have been back in PT for treatment with Justin. Without justin and trifecta, I would still probably be in and out of doctors trying to find a diagnosis. His knowledge and attention to detail helped me get diagnosed and begin treatment within just a few weeks (when normally it takes months to get a diagnosis) and I have been making great progress!! All of the staff at trifecta and the energy they bring to the environment brings really makes this place so special. I would seriously recommend PT with Trifecta (and Justin) to any person in need.“

“I have been fortunate in that almost every time I've needed physical therapy, I was able to find a place that I was happy with, even if the reason for needing PT was unfortunate. Recently, I've found myself in a situation where I needed PT urgently. There are several practices nearby, but I decided to reach out to Trinity Rehab of Sewell, after hearing nothing but glowing remarks from my partner about his experience there.Well, his "glowing remarks" were no exaggeration! “Victory PT was recommended to me by a friend who also has Ehlers Danlos. Since I have started with Victory, my shoulder has graduated (as as long as I keep up with my at home isometrics, the pain from my inflamed rotator cuff is almost 0), and my plantar faciitis from unstable ankles went from "if I take my dog on a 45 minute walk now, I won't be able to put weight on my foot overnight." To "I went to the Chinese Lantern festival, and I didn't need to limp to get to the bathroom at 2am." Other physical therapy offices have pushed my body too hard, too fast, and caused more damage.
