“We had Liamar recently build our detached garage and were very happy with how the project turned out. Rob, Frank, and the entire crew was professional, well organized, and easy to work with. Communication was clear and consistent, which made a big difference throughout the build.

I started with a rough idea and Rob helped bring it to life with preliminary designs, ideas, and ultimately led me to an architect for the final plans. Liamar handled everything with the township as well, making my life very easy. During construction, I was kept apprised of everything. This winter was brutal, so we had some weather delays, but they handled everything to the best of their ability and communicated throughout.

In the end, we’re very pleased with the result and would absolutely recommend Liamar for a similar project. There were no negative surprises. I really feel they went above and beyond the scope of what I expected, and they stayed within budget also.“
