I used them to close my pool last September. The crew who closed it dis not remove the plugs for the heater. When I opened my pool in May, a pipe burst in the heater. I called pools and spa to let them know ow what happened. The next day they sent someone out to take a look. 1 week later, they installed a new (expensive) heater free of charge. This is a company who truly stands behind their work. When the time comes to redo my pool the ONLY company I will be calling is pools and spa Nj. Thank you!

Would give them 10 stars if I could!!! From start to finish this team made the process as smooth as possible, and the prices are unbeatable!!! Susan, who answers the phone and worked out our scheduling / questions was so lovely and pleasant to communicate with. Ryan the service manager made sure all our questions were answered ASAP and stayed on top of things from our estimate to installation. Mike, the guy who came to install the cover was extremely knowledgeable & kind. He not only did an incredible job but he also took the time to explain each and every step to us. I’ve used Pools & Spa for the last 5 years, from fixing the bonding of my pool, to general maintenance. Chuck, Ryan and the rest of the team (shout out to Luke) are professional, courtesy and efficient. Recommend them to all my friends.
