Your crew did a great job during the installation. We really appreciated the speed that the install was completed in. The timetable that you gave was met each day and your crew was here each day when you said they would be. In today’s world that in itself is a major acomplishment. The finished product is a very beautiful pool. You would never know that it is over 30 years old. It all looks brand new.

From the first time I called , Pools and Spas have exceeded my expectations. I finally bit the bullet and admitted I needed a new pool liner. The knowledgeable office staff walked me through their process and scheduled an appointment to come out and measure. Brian was very detailed in explaining the process and we placed our order. They showed up as promised each and every time and replaced our liner. Start to finish it took about it took about 2 weeks. We got a quality Loop Loc brand liner and a price that crushed the competition. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience. In my opinion, customer service in general has virtually disappeared, but Pools and Spas have renewed my faith.

Pools & Spas is staffed with subject matter experts- starting with the sales team and ending with the installation team. Their goal is to delight the customer and they do. After we chose a liner pattern, the Pools & Spas installation team coordinates a visit to measure the pool (to ensure an exact fit) and order the liner. Within a few weeks the installation is scheduled. Liner and pool light both replaced as contracted. Great job. No wrinkles in new liner. Grandchildren love the new, high tech LED light. They say it makes the water ‘dance’. The job foreman builds trust and quickly becomes the face of the company. The gentleman who lead the crew represented Pools & Spas in a no nonsense, very professional manner. Delighted with our new pool liner and LED light and the work completed by Pools & Spas. Given this very positive experience, we would definitely work with this company again.

I moved into a house with a pool that needed some work in early 2024. I called to get on their books to do the work, they asked for a deposit of $250
I know spring is busy so I understood. When they showed up to give an exact quote, Ryan who works there said they didn’t do what we needed and left. Instead of giving the deposit back, they’ve now completely ghosted me. The real reviews all seem to show similar situations with them. Don’t use.

I can not give enough praise to Pools and Spas Service. They were exceptionally professional, on time, thorough, friendly and competent. They came to replace my heater and gave me an accurate estimate, showed up when scheduled and performed the work diligently making sure they left the system looking and operating flawlessly. The tech, Billy took great pride in his work and even made sure the new heater integrated into the existing control system, which was not expected.

I am surprised that this company is still in business. Had a liner installed about 4 years ago. It was the worst job that I have ever had on my pool. Totally unprofessional and shoddy install. I toss their mailings right into the trash.

I needed some major pool renovations and was very fortunate to find Pools and Spas. Working with Susan, Kathy and Lynn in the office to Chuck and his crews in my yard made the process a breeze. I was always notified of appointments in advance, and my questions were always answered. The workmanship was superb from start to finish. I look forward to a long working relationship with Pools and Spas.

So I’ve been trying to find a really good pool company for these past four years that I’ve had a pool every single year I managed to always just get disappointed. I paid almost $850 for a pool opening and a closing. Which I thought was expensive but I said they’re certified technicians. Let me try this company. I came home on my lunch break patio furniture moved all around couldn’t be bothered to be put back. There’s a pieces you can see the railing was not hooked up and then also my heater was not working when they left. So I just came home after working a 10 hour day and fixed my pool heater and I had to put the railing back on and clean up everything that they left. I called the store as soon as I saw this and they said a manager should get back to me. No one has gotten back to me. I would expected for paying almost over $850.00 for them to try a little harder for a new customer .All they did was basically takeoff my pool cover.
