“I would give 6 stars if I could!! Absolutely amazing company. Lightning struck my condensing unit and fried a bunch of components in the air handler/furnace and the thermostat. The internal temperature of the house was over 83 degrrees. Made a call to Biles and they had someone at my house within an hour. They had to run out and grad new parts and a new thermostat, came back and installed it. My air was back up and running in a couple hours. They then called me again to make sure everything was still good. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.”

“I recently had a partial power outage, where half of my electrical sockets became suddenly nonfunctional. I called my electric company, JCP&L (aka First Energy Corp), and their service tech took a look and told me I needed to contact an electrician. Got in touch with Forever Electric, and the electrician, Thomas, showed up promptly. He seemed nice, straightforward, and trustworthy. He took a look around my setup and was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly. And, in about an hour, he had resolved the problem successfully. It turned out that my outside main breaker was badly corroded, and needed to be replaced. Their prices are competitive and seemed pretty reasonable. I recommend them highly and they are now my first choice if I encounter any electrical issues or need any electrical work in the future.”

“This electrical contractor - "Watts Electric" - was recommended to me by a neighbor friend. This company did not disappoint, when it came time to replace my house's original electrical panel and circuit breakers. Got a chance to meet both Jimmy and John - brothers who are co-owners of their company. Jimmy did the required paperwork for the permit relating to the job at my house. And John was timely and professional when he came to do the actual job at my house. He was also very courteous, patient and knowledgeable with the many questions that I had asked of him. And the cost for the job was reasonable and affordable to a retiree like me. I'd highly recommend their electrical services to others - especially to those homeowners who still need to replace their old electrical panel boxes and circuit breakers made in the past by Federal Pacific before a house fire can happen at any time.
